Jalin Marie (Lockhart) Kelly, aged 48, Klamath Falls, Oregon, passed away at Sky Lakes Hospital from liver and kidney failure on December 23, 2025.

Jalin was born on May 6, 1977 in Klamath Falls, Oregon to Jerry and Jaculin Lockhart. She graduated from Mazama High School in 1995. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Psychology from the Oregon Institute of Technology in 2004. She worked for the Klamath County Department of Human Services for 21 years while developing long lasting friendships with her clients.

She was married to Charles Kelly from 2004-2022. They were blessed with two children. Jordan Cora Kelly 04/24/2006 & Christine Faye Kelly 06/27/2019.

Jalin adored her family. Family was everything. She loved hanging out with family members, spending time, and laughing. She was an animal lover and advocate for their safety and well being. She was a thrill seeker, who loved amusement parks and roller coasters. She loved music. Her favorite bands were Duran Duran & Rammstein. She got to see both bands in concert. She loved horror movies and playing the Friday the 13th game with friends and family. A wonderful memory is with Jalin traveling to the East Coast last year with friends and family. She was strong-willed and valued independence.

Jalin was preceded in death by Edith Faye Lockhart, Warren & Dorothy Schwartz, David Lockhart, Maxine DeFea, Doug DeFea, Darwin DeFea, and Dick DeFea. She is survived by Jordan Cora Kelly, Christine Faye Kelly, Jerry Eugene Lockhart, Jaculin Lea Lockhart, Jeremy Eugene Lockhart, Lindsey Renee Lockhart, Harper Baylee Lockhart, Thomas Warren Lockhart, Taylor Jay Lockhart, Waylon Keith Lockhart, Cadie Lockhart, Jacob Lockhart, Quinn Lockhart, Ilene Lockhart, Cheryl Schwartz, Jeff Cook, Jessica Cook, Hunter Cook, Nikitta Cook, Steve & Caroline Olienyk, and Lori Olienyk

Her Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, July 25th 2026, 2:00 pm at Yesterday's Plaza. 125 N 9 St, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97601. Food and refreshments are provided. Anyone who wishes to pay their respects is welcome to attend.

Her final resting place will be at Klamath Memorial Park. 2680 Memorial Dr, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97601.
