Jessica Rose Singleton (Pink Lady) was born in Klamath Falls, Oregon on September 18, 1952 to John & Violet Singleton. She went to heaven on October 12, 2022. Her celebration of life will be November 5th at 2pm at Bible Baptist church 4849 South 6th street, directly followed by a potluck.
She is preceded in death by her parents John & Violet , brothers Duane & Wayne and numerous nieces and nephews. She is survived by siblings Norman (Eileen) Singleton, Carolee Belcourt and Sharon Hammer, special niece Julie Moore (Ray), many nieces, nephews, cousins and all that she loved and touched deeply.
Jessica means “to behold,” “God beholds.” Another meaning of Jessica is “gift from God,” and she truly was. She was a living example of the Bible verse Corinthians 16:14 - “Do everything in love.” This gentle, loving, and caring woman left a permanent mark etched on our hearts. She always held her family and friends dear to her heart, and could always be counted on for a phone call on their birthdays. She made it a priority to send hand addressed Christmas cards to her loved ones every year. She had a special passion for bowling, and won both gold and silver medals in the Special Olympics as well as Hibachi in regional and state competitions. If she wasn't at the bowling alley, she could be found attending church and going to the movies. She will be remembered for her joyful nature, infectious smile and positive spirit. Her presence in our lives will be sorely missed.
Those who choose to give a gift to honor Jessica are asked to make a donation in her name to Operation Christmas Child, as this is something she selflessly completed each year.
