Karen Chesney

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Karen Chesney, born on May 16, 1947, who departed this life on September 2, 2025. A beloved mother, grandmother, and friend. Karen is survived by her son, Tom Chesney, granddaughters Shania Wallace and Giselle Ceniga and many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Michael.

Karen was a remarkable woman whose warmth and generosity touched the lives of everyone she encountered. Her legacy is one of love and kindness, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

A celebration of Karen's life will be held on September 20, 2025 at 1:00 pm., at the S. Poe Valley Grange, 21999 S. Poe Valley Road. We invite all who knew Karen to join us in honoring her remarkable life and the impact she made on us.

Karen will be profoundly missed but will never be forgotten. May she rest in peace.
