Rega D Freeman was born 6-2-1947 in San Luis Obispo CA to Rega & Maryallice (Susie) Freeman. Reg grew up in a ranching family in California where he developed his love for the western lifestyle. As a young man aside from ranching and roping Reg grew up to love baseball and became an accomplished player eventually being drafted by the Cincinnati Reds. Sticking with the family ranch he made his way to Oregon when his family purchased a ranch in Bly Oregon. That is where he met his beloved wife Robyn at a rodeo in Beatty Oregon. From there the two were eventually married and settled on a ranch in Klamath Falls, where they had three boys Michael, Rega, and Ryon.
Reg enjoyed many things in life including being a mechanic, baseball, hunting, golf, rodeo, and team roping but mostly he loved his family. He made sure his sons as well as his grandchildren grew up to be good horseman, good ropers, ranchers, involved in sports and above all how to be a good person. Reg will forever be in the hearts of all of us. Rega leaves behind family. Reg/Megan Freeman. Ryon/Amy Freeman. Grandchildren: Riley and great grandsons Jasper/Payden. Aspen, Skyler Freeman.
