Rose Marie (Baird) Carlson, age 68, of Klamath Falls, Oregon, passed away peacefully on August 16, 2026, in Klamath Falls. She was born on July 26, 1958, in Klamath Falls to Percy and Ramona Baird. Rose was born and raised in Klamath Falls and, aside from a short period of time living elsewhere, remained a lifelong member of the Klamath Falls community.

Rose shared 40 wonderful years of marriage with her husband, Rudy Carlson, recently celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary. Together, they built a life centered around family, friendship, and many cherished memories.

Rose enjoyed many things throughout her life, including fishing, camping, and bowling. She was a devoted Oregon Ducks and Portland Trail Blazers fan and enjoyed following her favorite teams. She also had a creative side and loved sewing and quilting. One of her most special traditions was making quilts, creating treasured keepsakes that will continue to remind her family of her love for generations to come.

Family was at the heart of Rose's life. She loved spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, sister, and her large extended family, which included numerous nieces and nephews. She also had a special place in her heart for her beloved dog, Cruizer, who was a much-loved companion.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Percy and Ramona Baird.

Rose leaves behind a lifetime of love, laughter, memories, and handmade treasures that will continue to be cherished by those who knew and loved her. Her kindness, love of family, and generous spirit will remain in the hearts of her family and friends for years to come.
