It's been a year since my husband passed and I just now realize that I have not properly thanked Cascade Cremation & Burial. Working with Travis made a difficult time bearable. Upon the death of my husband in our home, a simple call to Klamath Hospice (who provided us with utmost care) put all the pre-arrangements we had made into motion. Travis showed up promptly, professionally and courteously working with his staff to provide kindness and compassion. They respectfully and gently removed my husband's body from our home. His ashes were presented to me in a timely manner along with the death certificates we had ordered. I cannot say enough good about this fine company and will most definitely make my own arrangements with them.

Both of my parents passed away within 9 months of each other. This has been a very difficult season I know for our family, however with the professionalism of Travis and Alice the burden of planning and doing a service was exemplary! For both services Travis and Alice went far more than above and beyond from the planning, viewing, service and cemetery. Travis sang for both at the cemetery and made sure daddy had color guard from Beal Airforce Base make the drive to give him a proper veteran burial. For people in the Klamath Basin who haven't yet utilized the services of Cascade Cremation and Burial or are not familiar with them. I attended a service and a graveside service, conducted by these fine people, let me say it was professional and caring all in one. No one is at their best attending these events, for some, it is the most trying day in their lives. But when this is handled properly for the family, all that is left for them to do, is mourn their loss and say their goodbyes. I say this with complete sincerity. As a former licensed Calif. Funeral Director, I feel I have experience that I can share in this area. I've worked for privately owned funeral homes and corporately owned (SCI), I believe that family owned are the most sincere and caring of these two types of businesses and Cascade exemplified this at the service that I attended. I am a former resident of the Klamath Basin and have no connection to this business, but just wanted to sing their praises for a service well done.

I had to obtain their service for a family member and Travis, was very accomodating to my needs. He went above and beyond in emailing me death certificates and moving quickly on getting the monies from an out of town trust. He worked closely with my brother in law and finalizing all of the end of life processes. Thank you again for your amazing help!
